Ok, so Bill Mollison's Ferment book is actually so awesome and informative on such a wide variety of ferments that I will forgo seeking revenge upon you for you recommending a book to me that has recipes for such things as cooked guinea pig and cockroaches. rhiannasilel may not, however, as I fully intend to share the more unique and interesting parts of this book with sionnachdhu, and she knows you are the original source of this high quality fermented elven permaculture evil. ;-)
