1. Love. This above all else. If you touch my heart, I belong to you.
2. Family. Specifically, chosen family. If I consider you family, I would die for you.
3. Wonder. My interest in science and my interest in magic are two sides to this. It's something I need in my life; without it I'm not sure life would be worth living.
4. Growth. Always learning, evolving, adapting, refining. Stagnation is death.
5. Making a difference. Leaving a legacy. Living my life so that I will not be forgotten. Being a hero, if only to one person.
6. Creativity. Writing, making websites, programming, making jewelry, drawing... I'm not happy when I don't have time for these things in my life.
7. Adventure. I need to do new things, challenge myself, get out of the rut and routine. To strive to reach the stars.
8. Intimacy. I need to feel close to others. I need to trust and be trusted. I need to desire and be desired. I need to touch and be touched. I need to hold and be held. I need tender caresses, soft kisses, long slow lovemaking, and nights of utter animal passion. This doesn't have to be all at the same time, or all with the same person, but it's something I need. And it's not just sex, or even sexuality. Even just having someone share something with me that I know they wouldn't talk to others about helps fill this, without any physical contact involved.
So, those are my values, more or less in order. I'm not saying they're the only ones I have, but I think they're pretty much the main ones. If I think of one or two more big ones, I might add them, but I think these feel right so I might just leave them as-is.
