Dreams can haunt a place, hover over it for so long that they start to leak out into the waking world. You start to see them, out of the corner of your eye... the pleasant dreams, the nightmares, the legends and fantasies. Lost relatives from years gone by or the little chimerical creatures of childhood daydreams, seen just for a moment and then they are gone. I used to think that they were ghosts or other spirits, but lately I can't help but feel these visions are walking dreams, perhaps brought into being here by my grandmother who due to her ailment can be said to live in dreams. Dreams can haunt a place. I believe this.

But I think some people are more aware of them. And they may effect people differently. Some are pleasant, some are not, but they exist...

*nods* I think I'm going to be looking into these walking dreams more... I've been working increasingly with aspects of dream magic that touch upon the waking world, and I find it suits my nature quite well. I think that's why I finally realized that these things were dreams, and not ghosts or spirits like I had once thought.
