Does anyone happen to know a source for a basic introduction to or less technical explaination/overview of the W3C's latest specifications for xhtml, and css than can be found on the actual W3C website? I'm trying to bring my coding into compliance with the official standards, and frankly I'm finding the official documentation overly technical and confusing so far. I also don't care much for the fact that the little introductory material they have on the site seems to just be for basic html, which they are apparently phasing out in favor of xhtml as a way of turning html fully into a subset of xml if I am understanding what I have been reading on the subject correctly. And I keep finding introductory material elsewhere that is already outdated which is pissing me off.
