I'm rather fascinated at how these kinds of food differ between countries. This here looks so much more like an effort to make it taste good than e.g. German post-war food or various countries' poor people's dishes. Except for Italy. If I could live on traditional Italian poor man's diet forever, I'd be happy. -g-

I'm planning on looking into this stuff myself some more when I've got my own household to run again, and I'm optimistic about the German pessimism producing more resources very soon in this crisis. -g- In any case I'll let you know.
