Tonight I discovered the joy of steak & pinto bean tikka masala rice casserole.

It was unbelievably delicious.

Later tonight, I'm probably going to discover the karmic consequences, however. ;-)

Make 2 cups of dried white rice.

While rice is cooking, or shortly after, thinly cut up two steak tenderloins into small chunks about the size and thickness of the last joint of your pinky finger.  Fry steaks in pan on medium heat.  No need for cooking oil of any sort.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine rice, a can of organic pinto beans from trader joes (or your preferred brand), steak, and 16 ounces Calcutta Masala Simmer Sauce from Taj Ethnic Gourmet (or your preferred brand) in a large caserole dish.

Bake for 15 minutes.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
