The IP addresses for gate.com's DNS servers also point to addresses at affinity.com.

The Google archive indicates that affinity.com in general seems to have been fairly recently borged by HostWay.com and there is speculation on some forums to the effect that there may have been a massive DNS failure post-buyout (which occured very recently, and also affected valueweb.com).

Yeah, all of the administrative and tech support numbers for it seem to be down too. No response, even on the 24/7/365 lines.
