Sooo tired...

 Went to Raven's house Saturday night after work to pick up some money she had for me (gift from a mutal friend + payment for an item).  Stayed the night, then went home on Sunday.  Except Sunday was the day of hell for Metro.  Metroed from Dun Loring to West Falls Church.  Track work, so had to get off and take a shuttle.  Shuttle drove for 20 minutes, then came up to a metro station... wait, this doesn't look like East Falls Church... yeah, that's because it wasn't, we were passing the West Falls Church station again.  Finally made it to East Falls Church a half hour after we'd left West Falls Church.  Finished Metroing home.  Grabbed a very quick shower, changed.  Headed out to work.  Walked to Balston Metro Station.  Missed my damn bus by like two minutes.  Walked to Military Road and 31st St.  Yes, walked.  Finished work too late to take the regular bus home, since it was Sunday, so walked home again.  Yes, walked.  My feet hurt so bad... ended up passing out not long after getting home.

Today, spent most of the day in bed recovering.  Then I got a call offering me a job interview.  This afternoon, in Tysons.  Grabbed a quick shower, headed out.  Made it there a little late, but was able to blame it on traffic.  Still have to wait and see if I get it, there will probably be another phone interview and possibly another face-to-face interview.  It's a database job again, and will be good money if I get it.  Just was murder getting over there by bus, then getting to work this evening.  Keeping my fingers crossed that I get it, though.

I'm gonna go thud now.
