Has anyone seen this?

Apparently, large scale military exercises are scheduled to take place tomorrow simulating a coordinated terrorist attack (dirty bombs) on three cities (Portland, Oregon; Phoenix, AZ; and Guam) and a "multi-layered, civilian-led" response to a national emergency (though that is being done as part of a martial law exercise, which makes absolutely no sense to me). According to the information I've seen, an actual radioactive substance is going to be used so that "live tracking of the plume can be observed and integrated into the exercise". ... I really wish I hadn't just listened to George Lefferts' "The Parade" on X-Minus-One a few days ago. And I really really wish I wasn't in complete agreement with the author that this sounds an awful lot like the massive readiness exercises that were held on 9-11 involving hijackings and crashing planes into buildings.
