Someone up there is messing with me...

So, I went back to the same place where I had the chicken that reminded me of the indian dish I tried years ago. A little asian buffet inside Wegmann's Grocery, near my job. Was looking for the same dish I had before, so that I could find out what was in it and look for indian recipes for chicken which use similar ingredients. Turns out, I won't have to. The food I was trying to remember was indeed Chicken Tikka Masala. It was there today in the same buffet. Apparently, it's a joint indian/asian buffet, a fact which I was not aware of before. Most likely the chicken I had that tasted similar was also some sort of indian dish.

I will, at some point in the very near future, be trying my own hand at making this...

... and whoever it is up there, stop laughing damnit! ;-)
