1. Social Engineering is fun and profitable, even when you're not using it to do anything illegal. It's AMAZING how much people will bend over backwards to help you if you act young, somewhat flustered, clueless, extremely polite and grateful, and it doesn't hurt if you also look like you just walked twelve miles in extreme heat to get to the place that you're doing the social engineering at. Bureaucracy is also its own worst enemy. :)

2. I *love* shell scripting. It is my new favorite toy. :) It reminds me so much of BASIC, it's fun and easy, but potentially so much more powerful. :)
