I have decided that finding the right sets of documentation files amid the developer resources for a given OS to actually get you started in the right direction towards programming for that OS is an initiatory experience in and of itself, since it seems to be near impossible to locate said files until the universe at large deems you ready, at which time they will appear with names consisting of the very search terms you've been using for MONTHS to try to find this information.
