Would someone please tell me why it seems like every time I enter into a debate these days I end up the sole person speaking for a side, and having to answer multiple opposing views, even when there were plenty of people standing up for my side of the argument before I got involved myself? I really don't understand this phenomena, and what's more I REALLY don't like it. It's exhausting, and feels very unrewarding.
