You can do everything on the internet these days...

Yeah, so, last night on the way home I got involved in a very minor fender bender. Nothing serious, nobody was hurt, the only damage to my vehicle was a flat tire and the only damage to the other car was a slightly cracked headlight.

Today I'm reporting the accident to my insurance company... on their website.

Considering I don't do well talking to strangers (and even friends in many cases) on the phone, I love that they have this option, and I was completely surprised when their phone system mentioned it.

Then again, I'm the type of person who loves that they have the option to order pizza over the internet rather than having to talk to someone over the phone... *grins and winks*
