(no subject)

I've been doing an obscene amount of reading tonight... digesting material for use in some essays I intend to write for the community. One of which I've already promised Malcolm, and the other one or two that are lurking in the back of my mind (haven't figured out if it's two essays or two halves of a single essay yet) are surprises which I've recently been stimulated to work on as well. I'm quite motivated at the moment, and full of thoughts on a great many aspects of the kin community. And I don't think that I'll be able to get to sleep without sharing at least one of them, so here it is:
