Public Resources Need to Be Hidden...

It's cute the way some people think that, don't you think? They want to make resources to spread information to those who have never seen it before, but after it gets challenged they quickly bundle it up and shove it into hiding, safe behind password protection, so that the only people who can see it are the ones they grant access to.
